Veplex monitors TED (EU), SAM.gov (US), and national e-procurement portals across the EU and EEA. The moment a relevant tender opens, the Discover agent classifies it: line items, quantities, technical specs, certifications required, language of bid.

Sourcing across commercial marketplaces
The same Discover agent searches commercial marketplaces (Amazon Business, Alibaba, regional B2B platforms) for the line items at the required spec. It can also engage manufacturers directly through verified channels.

Proposal drafted, certifications gathered
The Negotiate agent drafts the bid in the tender's required language. The Compliance agent assembles supplier certifications, country-of-origin documentation, and product datasheets. Human review optional, not required.

Contract awarded, fulfillment coordinated
On award, the Settle agent places orders with each supplier, consolidates shipping under the awarding entity's incoterms, manages customs and duties, and delivers against the contract's milestone schedule.

Audit-grade record
Every step (tender notice, sourcing decisions, supplier communications, payment records, delivery confirmation) is logged in a single immutable record. Available to the contracting authority and to any auditor on request.
