01 What we are
Commerce is fragmented across hundreds of marketplaces, dozens of languages, and every payment rail in the world. Most of the trades that should happen, don't.
Veplex is the layer that resolves the friction. Autonomous agents discover the opportunity, hold the conversation in both participants' native languages, negotiate the terms, settle the payment across rails, and stand behind the transaction.
The trade can start on either side. The layer is the same in both directions.

Every trade Veplex handles passes through the same five-stage flow. Buyer and seller see a single, coherent experience in their own language. Behind them, agents coordinate every step.

The Discover agent indexes listings, demand signals, and price movement across every connected marketplace in real time. When supply on one side meets demand on another, the trade is surfaced instantly, for either party.

Removes the language seam
Every message, listing, and document is rendered into each participant's native language in real time. The seller writes in Czech. The buyer reads in Japanese. Neither sees the seam. Translation runs both linguistically and culturally: tone, formality, commercial idiom.

Holds the conversation
The Negotiate agent answers questions about the item, agrees price, terms, and shipping, and confirms the deal on both sides. Trained to be honest about condition, transparent about fees, and conservative about commitments. It will stop a trade if either party seems off.

When the deal closes, both payment legs fire in parallel on each marketplace's own rail. The destination-side payment lands in Veplex's seller account on that platform; the source-side payment clears to the original seller through the host marketplace's checkout. No Veplex-held escrow, no idle funds. The source seller ships directly to the destination buyer.

Coordinates the dispute path
If anything goes wrong on either leg, the dispute routes through that marketplace's own resolution program. Veplex coordinates with the full bridge log — translations, agreed terms, settlement events — and represents whichever side it's a party to on that platform. The marketplaces clear the remedy; Veplex absorbs the operational risk.

03 In the world
Veplex bridges two structurally fragmented markets with the same five-stage flow: peer-to-peer trades that fail because of language and platform boundaries, and public-sector procurement that fails because of supplier reach.
Case 01
Peer to peer
Seller listed on eBay in the UK. A Vinted shopper in France, browsing in French, never sees the original eBay listing. Veplex's agent picks it up, bridges it to Vinted in French, runs the negotiation through translation, and when the deal closes, fires both payment legs in parallel on each host. The source seller ships directly to the buyer.

Government to business
An EU contracting authority publishes a tender. Veplex sources matching supply across commercial marketplaces, drafts the bid in the tender's required language, wins the contract, and fulfills end to end with audit-grade records.
04 Compatible with
Veplex agents speak the native protocols of major peer-to-peer marketplaces, public-procurement portals, and the settlement rails beneath them. A trade initiated on one platform can complete on any other.

05 Trust
Veplex stands between every counterparty in a trade. That position only works if the protections sit with us. The host marketplaces and the counterparties carry no exposure.

Both sides of every trade ride on the host marketplace's own payment program — buyer protection on the destination side, seller protection on the source side. Veplex doesn't replace these programs, it operates inside them.

Before agents bridge a listing, the source seller is screened on their host platform: tenure, score, dispute history, return rate. Every purchase Veplex makes is a normal, fully-identified transaction, with feedback and dispute rights intact for the source seller.

When the deal closes, both payment legs fire in parallel on each marketplace's own rail. Veplex never holds buyer funds and never pre-pays the source seller. No idle balances, no client-money wallet between the two sides.

Every translation, negotiation step, and settlement event is logged immutably. Either host marketplace, the counterparties, or a regulator can reconstruct any trade Veplex has bridged.

Veplex is operated by Everything s.r.o., a Czech limited company, transacting on each marketplace as a legitimate, identity-verified participant. Data residency in the EU. DPA available on request.
